The Autism Family Support Group is delighted to welcome Josephine for this 4 week workshop. Commencing Friday 19th of May from 1pm to 2.30pm. Followed by 26th May, 2nd June and 9th June. Each participant will receive an organic bees wax hand balm and reflex hand chart for ongoing use. Learn a few simple hand reflexology techniques to ease pains such as backache, headaches and general stress & tension. Followed by guided meditation with soothing music & aromatherapy fragrances to help calm & relax.
